Natalie brings to Capital Property Advisory a long-term passion for property and development, together with a broad research and analytical skill set to source high-performing investment and development sites to suit individual client needs.

With over four years’ experience directly in property research and development analysis, Natalie has a keen understanding of property market drivers and is able to leverage and translate this information into tailored development strategies and recommendations.

A passionate advocate for sustainable and integrated development projects, Natalie aims to ensure development projects align with planning and community needs.

Natalie has a Diploma of Project Management through the University of Swinburne and recently completed the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Professional Development Program specialising in Property Development and Project Management. She is also currently completing the final units of her Bachelor of Property, majoring in Sustainability, with Deakin University.

Prior to her career in property, Natalie has over 12 years’ experience working in Human Resources as a Workforce and System Analyst where she gained crucial experience in research and analysis techniques. She has a highly developed ability to interpret and extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data and transform these into information to support strategic decision making.

Natalie has an excellent work ethic with a personal drive to succeed, and a genuine love for property and development.
