Photo: PIPA The Announcement: Matthew Hughes, Managing Director of national investment advisory firm Capital Property Advisory and Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA), has been unanimously elected to the PIPA board of directors. Mr Hughes’ appointment follows the resignation of former board director and chair Peter Koulizos, who stepped down at the end of last year after nearly a decade of voluntary service. Based in Perth, Mr Hughes brings extensive experience in both real estate and mortgage broking, along with a passion for wealth creation through property investment.
